We require a breakages deposit of £50 payable with your final balance, which will be returned to you once we are happy that there is no significant damage to the cottage or its contents.
We ask for a deposit of £50 at time of booking please with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
Obviously if at the time you book it is 8 weeks or less until your holiday starts, then payment is required in full. For short breaks, full payment is due at the time of booking.
If, unfortunately you have to cancel your holiday, please notify us as soon as possible.
If we are able to re-let the cottage then all monies, minus £20 to cover re-letting expenses, will be returned to you. If we are unable to re-let the cottage, then the full cost of your holiday will still be required.
We do ask, no pets and strictly no smoking .
The cottage will be ready and waiting for you from 2pm on the first day of your holiday and we ask that you please vacate by 10am on your final day. This gives us time to spring into action and ensure that the cottage looks beautiful for the next guests!
