Accommodation

The cottage provides cosy and characterful accomodation as follows:

Ground Floor

• Conservatory
• Lounge
• Kitchen (with enclosed stairs leading to the first floor)

First Floor

• Two bedrooms (one double, one twin)
• Bathroom with mixer shower over bath

To the rear of the cottage there is a secure enclosed garden with a working outside toilet!

Parking

Parking for two cars is adjacent to the cottage with a garage and another parking space in front.

• TV and DVD player, small selection of films
• CD/radio
• Selection of games, books and magazines
• Washing machine
• Dishwasher
• Microwave
• Electric oven
• Iron and ironing board
• Barbeque and outdoor furniture

All linen, including towels, and all fuel costs are included in the price but we do ask that you bring your own beach towels please.

Children

We positively welcome children! Knowing from experience that however hard you try to minimise, the car will still be bursting at the seams so we have tried to lighten the load by offering a young children’s pack to inlcude:

• Stair gate
• Travel cot with mattress and bedding
• Highchair
• Selection of toys and children’s books
• Selection of plastic plates, cups, bowls, bibs etc.

The pack is available at a supplement of £5 per week. If you require anything else, do ask as we are happy to try and provide it!
